'''Decompose''' - As fungus is usually formed through a form of decomposition Myconids have similar abilities. This allows them to quickly decompose a body to heal themselves. This requires you to be in contact with a corpse that can naturally decay. If you remain in contact with the body for a minute you regain up to 4 body points, up to their Maximum, though in some cases larger creatures may temporarily increase the Max body for 1 hour (this is up to plot discretion) or regenerate one body part. This process completely destroys the body.

A Species of Fungaloids. Myconids are a humanoid fungus that vary in type and size as much as fungus. These reclusive people are not typically found but when they are they are in dark and damp places. Myconids live in groups called circles, usually with around 20 though solitary Myconids can be found doing their own thing.

Advantages

Blinding Spores - Myconids can be startled easily as such they have a reflexive defense mechanism to allow them to assess the situation after being startled. Myconids receive one Poison Blind Aura at 1st level and every 10th level for free, and may purchase more at 4 SP per.

Spore Contact - Myconids can use their spores to communicate. They receive the Tongue of the Land at no SP cost. However there is a difference. They can only communicate with non-tree plants and others with Spore Contact. This is a silent form of communication and can only be heard by those who have Spore Contact or communicate through spores.

Resist Toxin - receive one resist at 1st level and every 10th level for free, and may purchase more at 4 SP per.

Disadvantages

Make-up or mask of some kind of mushroom.

Can be harvested by an Advanced Farmer for “Myconid Spore Gland” a Namedritual component - being Harvested forces the Myconid to resurrect.

Myconid may be hearty but they are not strong. -1 melee weapon damage to a minimum of 1

Powers

Noxious Spores - Some Myconids have developed a better defense against those who startle them. Once per reset you may upgrade your Blinding Spores to Poison Nausea Aura.

Decompose - As fungus is usually formed through a form of decomposition Myconids have similar abilities. This requires concentration.

Sprouts - Fungus never stops growing, a Myconid is similar. You produce a number of herbs equal to 75 Component Points form the Harvesting page. Eye for Quality does not apply.

Heroic Powers

Paralytic Spores - (Prereq of Noxious Spores) long lived Myconids sometimes anger towards those who scare them and as such their defensive spores have improved in potency. Once per reset you may upgrade your Blinding Spores to Poison Paralyze Aura.

Regrowth - Given the nature of fungus they can be difficult to kill. So long as there is a corpse of something that can decay within 20 feet they can generate a Natural Reincarnate effect on themselves. This completely destroys the body. If they have used their aura in the proceeding combat, this range extends to 50 feet. Concentration not required to complete since you'd be dying or dead.
